Fairly clean hotel, very friendly staff with attentive waiter. Pretty quiet area, best possible and magnificent location, so close to the beach restaurant as well as the private beach.

The location of the hotel was magnificent, out to one of the more picturesque islands. And it was also next to restaurants salads and the beach restaurant and bar.

Best base for exploring Cha-Am. Reasonably large and cheap rooms with a garden view and the WiFi signal, as for instance, great pool. Magnificent location close to beach restaurant, attraction, and Hua Hin; early check-in. Free parking onsite provided

The value for money at Centara was great, with cozy and brand new rooms. The location was fantastic, right on the beach and away from busy streets. The staff were helpful and treated us well throughout our stay.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Got triple room with a garden view when arrived, loved that. The location was good - next to Thailand in May 2006 for two weeks and a Dutch/Thai restaurant, an Indian/Thai restaurant and a minimart quite normal prices for beverages and snacks and another island. Furthermore, near to the beach.

As a senior woman, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming beach resort. The hotel's decoration was lovely, with wood floors and comfortable wicker chairs that provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas, such as the gardens and pool area, were easily accessible, allowing me to move around comfortably. The beautiful beach was just a short stroll away, offering a peaceful and unspoiled environment for relaxation. I also appreciated the hotel's effort to cater to Thai and Western guests by providing a restaurant along the beach with affordable prices and great views.

In terms of a better vacation experience for senior people, I would have liked to see the staff being more attentive and friendly. It would have been ideal if they had taken the initiative to ensure a higher level of hygiene in the breakfast area, keeping birds away from the food and seating areas.

The room was brand-new and functional, had climate control, a private safe, and a fridge. The bed was large, as were the pillows.

The room is functional and cheap with a garden view, everything is good. There is a good choice of facilities in the room such as : climate control, a private safe and a fridge.

I had a great time at this hotel! the value for money is excellent compared to other options in the area. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste. Additionally, the hotel's location directly at the beach made it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay.

Everything was fine and there's nothing major that needs improvement.

The hotel is located directly at the beach and even from the cottages it's only a 2min walk. Massage-boots are nearb. However, the beach-businesses aren't offered in an offensive way.

There's a open-air-event-locating in the hotel area. In case of such an event or celebration you might face a lot of noise. Despite the distance between the celebration location and the cottages it can reach approx. 70 decibel inside (!) the cottage and esp. the basses can be extremely annoying.

Terrible food, poor hygiene, and overpriced drinks. The hotel seemed geared towards large conferences, not romantic escapes.
